Terms of Use (TOU)

Purchase of printable party kits from Carla Schauer Designs is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of use policies.

The use of printable design files from Carla Schauer Designs for commercial purposes, profit, reselling, or mass production is strictly prohibited.    Images may not be placed whole or in part as part of websites, logos, or similar medium such as avatars, banners, etc. and may not be scanned, offered as printables, or sold through any print-on-demand service.  Altering designs and reselling of printed products is also not permitted.

Buyer is purchasing a limited personal use license only.   The copyright is not transferable with the sale of any PDF file and the buyer is not entitled to any rights other than printing for personal use.  All copyright remains with Carla Schauer.  No sharing of files, whether digital or physical, is permitted.  A link to carlaschauer.com is required for any public posting of photos using printable products (party blogs, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of our images, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed US $1.00. Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days following the date of delivery to you. In no event will our liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed US $1.00.

We reserve the right to amend policies at any time.  New policies will take effect upon publication to carlaschauer.com
