To make Halloween Witch Cupcake Toppers:

Download the “Drink Up Witches” cut file to your computer, then upload to your cutting machine software. I use the Cricut Air and glitter cardstock for a little extra glam. After weeding the design (removing the excess paper centers), I attached each of the witch cupcake toppers to a toothpick with Beacon 3 in 1 Craft Glue, which will dry quickly and clear.
